The hotel with quiet rooms, in a very convenient area, in neighborhood of house of music. Great location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Bom Sucesso Shopping. What a VERY NICE stay, no complains at all.

great stay but breakfast needs improvement
The staff were excellent, greeting us with warmth and attentiveness right from the start. Our room was spacious and very clean, giving us a comfortable oasis after busy days. The city view from our window added a good touch to our mornings, great to appreciate the skyline while enjoying our coffee.
The breakfast selection felt limited, lacking variety in hot options.

Bad breakfasts. Had to wait for room service after 3 p.m. The room wasn't ready.

It is a hotel in the middle of Avenida de Boavista, which seems to have been reformed not long ago. Don't look for the latest design, but a classic hotel with a facelift, but which for us fulfilled perfectly. The room is spacious, it was clean, the hotel is quiet (although our room faced the avenue, and you could hear some traffic, which probably does not happen with other rooms that do not face directly to the street), and breakfast was fine. Kind in rececpcion, is a recommended hotel, although those who do not know Porto should know that is not near the main tourist sites (although the Avenida de Boavista is the main artery of Porto).
It looks a little old, but it's not a problem, because it's been reformed properly. But it's not a new hotel, nor is it a designer hotel

Nice hotel, great rooms, quite, right in the middle of the city, with great restaurants nearby.
The AC, how can we make it work? A bit chilly the room.

I had a canny time at this hotel! The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was proper clean with a comfy bed. The brekkie had a good selection of cold meats and sweet treats, but could do with more hot options, like. Howay, it was a bit far from the city centre too.

Overall the Hotel is really nice. The location is convenient as it is near to local shops, restaurants, cafes and bakeries, a big supermarket, and the public transport. The bus-stop (buses that can take you to city centre) is right in front of the hotel. The Metro (Casa de Musica stop) is 5-7 minutes walk away. You can take the taxi back to the hotel if you're tired - taxis are not expensive in Porto. The reception staffs are really friendly and helpful; they can speak good english. My double room was large, brightly lighted, cleaned daily and kept neat. The tv has many main/popular channels with english-programmes (not dubbed!).
I don't have much complaints. The bedroom walls are thin. You can hear sounds from the corridors ~ if doors were opened/closed, guests voices, and the water plumbing from next room. It's not too bad since I will put my tv volume loud to block the sounds out! The hotel's 2 lifts/elevators are small - each can fit 2 persons with big luggages only. You have to pay for the wireless internet (Euro 5 per day).

The hotel is in a great location, just a short metro ride to the city center and near Boavista. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and quiet. We also appreciated the nearby bus routes and easy access to Ubers.
The breakfast options could be more expansive, as the limited selection felt a bit overpriced compared to local alternatives.

It's a good hotel, that offers good value for money. The location is very pleasant, near OPorto's 'Casa da Musica' and Rotunda da Boavista - one of the largest avenues in Porto. Staff is very nice, the hotel rooms are well care and modern. Wifi access should be free, since it doesn't make sense to charge for Internet access in these days.
WiFi access is not free. Parking is very confusing and almost no parking space for larger cars. Parking space is too short and difficult a lot the parking maneuvers. This is for me the biggest downsize of this hotel. Surprisingly it's fairly simple to find parking space near the hotel.

Good size bright clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was reasonable with some hot and good selection of continental style items. I had only booked one night of our 4 night stay in Porto here as our preferred more centrally located hotel couldn't take us that night. Was sorry we hadn't stayed there the full 4 nights as the other hotel, though dearer, was of a lower quality with cramped rooms.
Slightly out from city centre and was 10 mins from metro when arriving from airport but city centre bus stops opposite. If I'd known this, I would have stayed here longer rather than moving nearer the centre.
